These terms govern access to and use of the Hospitality platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Access is granted to the tenant(s) your organisation adds you to.
Use the platform only for managing your own workforce and in line with applicable law. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants or to disrupt the service.
Your use of personal data through the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your organisation remains the controller of the workforce data it enters.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
