This policy explains what personal data the Hospitality platform processes and why. Your employer is the controller of the workforce data it manages here; we process it on their behalf.
Account details (name, email, sign-in), and the workforce records your organisation enters — employees, schedules, time entries and payroll-prep data — scoped to your tenant.
To provide the service: authenticating you, showing your schedule and time, preparing payroll data, and keeping an audit trail of workforce actions.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, email, search) and within your own tenant per your role.
Workforce data is retained for as long as your organisation’s account is active, and afterwards only as required for legal or audit obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data. Contact us or your employer’s administrator to exercise them.
